Kristen is an herbalist and trauma-trained somatic practitioner who weaves these modalities together into a holistic Earth-centered healing practice. Guiding her is a deep belief that our bodies are not separate from the natural world and that as we heal, we step once again into the Earth's most ancient of codes: reciprocity.

    Threshold Session ~ 1:1 mentorship single session

    • For the healer, poet, coach, witch, herbalist curious about welcoming Kristen as a guide and mentor.

    • This single session is a time for you to connect with Kristen on all things business, offer or practice creation, as well as the inner emotional landscape of where you are right now within your journey as a service provider.

Self-healing is near and dear to my heart. This program was crafted from a desire to weave a new mythology of what healing is and to bring the foundational trauma informed, nervous system practices I have gathered over the last decade into your everyday life and home.

THE MENTORSHIP

3 Month 1:1 Mentorship for the Healer

This offering is my souls calling made manifest. Built out of a deep desire to support the healer archetype. This means the witch, poet, coach, or herbalist. Anyone who is in the service of support, care or creation.  This immersive, high-touch mentorship is for those ready to answer the calling within their own soul and embark upon the initiatory journey of offer creation.

REGENERATIVE HEALING SESSION

1:1 transformational somatic embodiment

These sessions are our time to explore the inner landscape of your being. To meet and welcome the parts of you that have perhaps gone unseen until now. Here we do the deep nervous system repair work and integration of self that is transformational embodiment.

THRESHOLD SESSION

1:1 mentorship for the healing artist

Designed for the healing artist who is ready to begin exploring mentorship and guidance around their medicine, practice and business ecosystem. If you are on the threshold of answering the call or making a shift in your practices this time is for you to gain clarity on your next step.
